Returns & Exchanges
Full priced items returned within 15 days of the original purchase date may be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange if they are found to be in same as new condition with original tags and packaging.
To arrange a return or exchange please contact email@example.com with a written description of the reason for return or details of desired exchange.
We do not currently cover shipping costs for returned items. When shipping a return please keep tracking numbers and consider insuring the package. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to goods while in return transit from customer.
Refunds and Exchanges will be issued after a quality check. If a refund or exchange is rejected a member of our returns team will inform the customer via email, the items will be returned and no refund or exchange will be issued.
All sale and discounted items are final purchase and not eligible for return. We do not currently accept returns and exchanges for international purchases. If we receive a final sale item the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
